However, that balance would be shifted dramatically if the Empire uses their highly advanced war machines, like Star Destroyers and AT-STs.
Both sides would have equal strength in such a conflict. The Galactic Empire's infantry wouldn't put up much of a fight against a well-armed army that uses massive ammounts of droids. well, let's just hope they never have to face those things.
You have to consider the fact that the majority weren't Jango Fett clones, and if they ever had to deal with Droidekas. I highly doubt that a Stormtrooper from the Galactic Civil War era would have an easy time against droids from the CIS. It really depends on what kind of Stormtrooper you're talking about, depending on different eras. Lots of people say that the Stormtroopers engaging the main characters have been told to allow them to proceed, but even on the Tantive IV they and the Rebels are horrendous shots. They've got heavy armor.Įveryone in the OT seems to have terrible aim, not just stormtroopers. However, the B2s (Super Battle Droids) would totally annihilate those suckers.
